The people that work in our offices are all volunteers and are all T.I.P. trained by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs.
All our pension people are Advocate level 3 or higher qualified, and have the knowledge to access the DVA system, and what is required by the Department of Veterans Affairs, or the other areas like VEA, MRCA and SCRA, For any pensions Claims to have the best outcome.
All our services are fully confidential. We do not charge for this service because we pride ourselves in helping the veteran communities that are seeking help in any way or form.
Our people are also qualified welfare officers and they all have been doing welfare, pensions and advocacy work for many years. Our officers are also qualified at AAT Level
